Dear Boy in my anthropology class:

You’re in college now, not in high school. Please don’t make negative comments on controversial topics and assume I’m going to agree with you. Especially ignorant negative comments. You’re entitled to your opinion, but please find a different way to voice it. Just because you hate our president and what he’s trying to do doesn’t mean I do.
